Approaching from York (A64) – on nearing Scarborough Town Centre (Seamer Road) you will pass a Retail Complex (on your right) which includes B&Q.  Go straight across at the mini roundabout, passing Scarborough’s Football Ground (on your left) and follow the road up the hill and drop down again keeping in the left hand lane passing straight through the traffic lights.  At the next set of traffic lights, (BP garage on your left), remain in the right hand lane and turn right at the lights onto Falsgrave Road. Travel up the road for approximately 300M and Central Property Lettings is situated on the right.

Approaching from Filey/Bridlington (A165) – on nearing Scarborough Town Centre you will pass Scarborough College and then the Sports Centre (both on your left).  Follow down the hill going straight across at the mini roundabout, passing straight through the set of traffic lights and crossing over Valley Bridge.  Nearing the next set of traffic lights remain in the left hand side lane and go straight across passing Comet (on your left).  Remain in the left hand lane and at the next set of traffic lights turn left into Westborough keeping the Railway Station to your left.  Follow the road up going straight across at the next traffic lights and Central Property Lettings are situated on the the left approximately 100M past the lights.
