"I am just sending this note as a “thank you” to you all at Central for the excellent way in which the recent change of tenant has been dealt with. It is apparent that a lot of detail & focus needs to be covered when such changeovers occur and it’s good to be able to leave this, with confidence, in the hands of yourselves, and get the right result in the process for all parties. We had no idea what to expect after such a long period where we had not seen the property, but we were very pleasantly surprised to find that it had been very well looked after indeed over the course of a couple of tenancies. I’m convinced that a big part of ‘getting it right’ like that, is down to applying the focus that I mentioned above, as well as bringing Central’s professional experience over the years into play in supporting the overall objectives. Anyway, as I write this, I believe that a new tenant will have probably moved in (unless there has been a delay or something), and let’s hope this also has gone smoothly.
